Product Description

BOSTIK FIREBAN ONE Fire Rated Polyurethane Joint Sealant, one-component, low modulus, curing via air humidity to form a soft, elastic, fire rated, weatherproof seal that is specifically designed for sealing construction joints and perimeter joints in fire-rated structures. It has been tested and certified to meet the requirements of AS1530.4:2014 and AS4072.1:2014.

This sealant is suitable for use in a wide range of construction applications, including sealing joints in concrete floors and walls, sealing gaps between concrete and metal, and sealing joints in precast concrete panels. It is also suitable for use in applications where a high degree of movement is expected, as it has excellent flexibility and durability.

BOSTIK FIREBAN ONE Fire Rated Polyurethane Joint Sealant is easy to apply, cures quickly, and can be painted over once it has fully cured. It is also resistant to water, oil, and most common chemicals, making it a versatile and reliable solution for fire-rated joint sealing applications.
